Dr Darren O’Reilly is a Chartered Psychologist and ADHD specialist with over 11 years of experience in mental health and ADHD services. Diagnosed with ADHD himself, Dr O’Reilly’s personal experience has shaped his dedication to helping adults, professionals, and university students thrive with ADHD. He understands the real-world challenges of ADHD—beyond just the diagnosis—and applies evidence-based, compassionate, and practical strategies to help his clients unlock their full potential.
He has conducted hundreds of ADHD assessments through virtual consultations, providing clients with the clarity they need to understand their neurodiversity, access appropriate treatment, and develop effective coping strategies.
His specialist training in psychology and data science allows him to take a scientific, structured approach to ADHD assessment and coaching, ensuring the most accurate and personalised recommendations for his clients.
Academic & Research Contributions
Dr O’Reilly spent six years at the University of Edinburgh, where he developed specialist ADHD coaching programmes for university students, helping them build academic success and confidence in their abilities. He has presented research at the British Psychological Society (BPS) Annual Conference (2022) and remains committed to advancing the field of ADHD research and intervention strategies.
