Dr Robin Garai is a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in the assessment and treatment of ADHD across adults and young people. He brings extensive experience from both NHS and private settings, working with individuals whose difficulties affect education, work, relationships, and day-to-day functioning.

Dr Garai is known for his calm, thoughtful, and collaborative approach. He takes time to understand each person’s developmental history, current challenges, and goals, helping individuals and families make sense of how ADHD presents across different areas of life. His assessments are thorough, evidence based, and grounded in current clinical guidance.

Alongside diagnostic assessments, Dr Garai supports patients through treatment planning where appropriate, including careful medication initiation and monitoring. He prioritises medical safety, clear communication, and realistic outcomes, supporting patients through stabilisation and, where possible, transition to shared care with NHS GPs.
