Meet Our Experts
Qualified, compassionate professionals dedicated to ADHD & autism care and neurodiversity.
I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse with over 35 years of experience in the field of mental health, bringing extensive clinical expertise and compassion to my work with individuals living with ADHD. Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of clinical settings, supporting people with diverse mental health needs and developing a strong interest in neurodevelopmental conditions.
In recent years, I have focused my practice within the private sector, specialising in ADHD assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment. As a Non-Medical Prescriber, I provide comprehensive and person-centred care, supporting patients through every stage of their journey — from assessment and diagnosis to medication management and follow-up support.
My approach is collaborative and empathetic, shaped not only by my professional experience but also by my personal understanding as a parent of a child with ADHD. This dual perspective allows me to connect with individuals and families on a deeper level, offering care that is informed, compassionate, and grounded in real-life experience.
My practice is driven by a passion for empowering individuals to understand their ADHD and manage it with confidence. Seeing people gain insight, stability, and renewed self-belief through the right support is what I value most in my work.
