Meet Our Experts
Qualified, compassionate professionals dedicated to ADHD & autism care and neurodiversity.
I get ADHD because I have ADHD. Not just the diagnosis – the messy, brilliant, frustrating, remarkable reality of it.
Jess Sweet is a Psychologist, Therapist, ADHD/ASC Coach, and Neurodiversity Specialist with extensive experience supporting neurodivergent adults. With qualifications in psychology, therapy, coaching, music, and movement, she helps clients move beyond frustration and self-doubt to build confidence, structure, and self-compassion.
Alongside her work in mental health, Jess has training in music and movement, with a Master’s in Music from the San Francisco Conservatory and professional dance training from an early age and later dance teaching experience, she integrates somatic practices into her therapeutic work. As a certified Dance the Medicine facilitator, she leads movement and music experiences on retreats, using movement as a powerful tool for self-expression and integration. She believes that music and movement offer a unique way to access nonverbal aspects of ourselves, helping clients to connect with their bodies, emotions, and inner worlds beyond words.
Her unique combination of psychology, coaching, health and nutrition, music, and movement allows her to offer a holistic, personalised approach to supporting clients to process their experiences, harness their strengths, and flourish.
