Natasha Rigby is a Registered Nurse with a background spanning health and justice, addiction services, and supporting individuals to navigate complex systems.

Natasha brings a grounded, real-world understanding to her work, shaped by years of experience across challenging and diverse clinical environments. Her approach is compassionate, practical, and focused on making a genuine difference to the people she works with.

Committed to continual professional development, Natasha has pursued specialist knowledge in neurodiversity — an area she is deeply passionate about. She combines her nursing expertise with a growing understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions to provide informed, person-centred support.

Natasha is looking forward to working alongside the clinical team at AuDHD Psychiatry, with a shared commitment to reducing waiting times and improving the lives of autistic people and those with ADHD across the UK.
