Her coaching focuses on helping individuals better understand their neurotype, reduce overwhelm, and develop strategies that align with how they naturally think and process the world.

Jessica works with clients to explore practical areas such as managing sensory demands, communication in relationships and work, establishing sustainable routines, and preventing burnout.
