ADHD Medication After Your Partner Clinic Assessment
Diagnosed with ADHD by one of our partner clinics? We work from your report and never repeat your assessment. Our prescribers take you from your first appointment to a stable dose, online from home.

How partner referrals work
A short walkthrough of the process, from your referral to your client’s first prescribing appointment.
- 1How you refer a client
- 2What we check in your report
- 3How we keep you and your client updated
From referral to a stable dose
Your clinic refers you once you’ve agreed. From there, reaching a stable dose usually takes around 9 to 12 weeks.
Your clinic refers you
With your consent, your clinic emails us and copies you in. A single line is enough.
We get in touch
We email you the next steps and a link to book, and copy your clinic in so they can see you’ve been contacted.
You book your appointment
Choose a time that suits you. Appointments are by video call and available every week.
Questionnaires and documents
You complete a few short questionnaires and upload your assessment report, a recent blood pressure reading and a GP summary. We walk you through each one.
Your prescribing appointment
We go through your report, ask about your experience of ADHD, and review your mental health, heart health and any risks. If something needs checking first, such as high blood pressure, we arrange further checks and prescribe once it’s safe.
Finding the right dose
Your prescription is sent by Royal Mail next-day delivery, usually arriving 2 to 3 days after your appointment, and you start on a low dose. Two or three 30-minute follow-ups then adjust it until it works for you.
Ongoing care
We ask your GP about shared care. If your GP agrees, they take over prescribing. If not, you carry on with a monthly prescription from us. Either way, we keep reviewing your medication.

Shared care with your GP
Once your dose is stable, we write to your GP and ask them to take over prescribing.
Your GP takes over
We send your GP a letter and your report. Your GP then prescribes, and the NHS pays for the medication. Your regular reviews stay with us.
You carry on with us
You request a monthly prescription from us. It covers our time, next-day delivery and any questions.
iShared care isn’t guaranteed. It depends on your GP agreeing, and some GPs decline private shared care as a blanket policy.
You assess. We prescribe.
Give your ADHD clients the medication pathway most of them want, without building a prescribing service of your own.
Your assessment stays yours
We take the medication stage only. We work from your diagnosis and never repeat it.
No admin, no risk
No contracts and no fees for your clinic. Try it with a couple of clients first.
You stay in the loop
We reply to your client within 24 working hours and copy you in.
Adults and children
We accept both. Adults are reviewed every six months, children every three.
Four steps to your first referral
Redact the patient details. We’re only checking assessment quality.
Our clinical lead reviews it. We can’t accept very short or thin assessments.
We confirm you as a referral partner.
We don’t push back on your reports, and appointments are available every week.
How to refer a client
Once your client has consented, email us with them copied in. One line is enough.
