A review with a prescribing clinician for clients already under AuDHD Psychiatry or with a diagnosis we recognise. We’ll complete safety checks, discuss treatment goals, and—if appropriate—start or adjust medication and issue a private prescription. (Medication and pharmacy fees are separate; please have a recent BP/pulse reading and your height/weight.)

A review to check progress, discuss difficulties, and update your plan. For those on medication, we monitor benefits/side-effects and adjust treatment as needed.

If shared care with your GP isn’t possible, we can continue prescribing privately. Repeat prescriptions are issued monthly (or bi-monthly as appropriate) through our request process. Fee: £45 per prescription (medication cost payable to the dispensing pharmacy). To ensure safety, we’ll see you for medication reviews every 6 months (£275 per review).

Transfer of Care

Transfer of Care

Move your ongoing ADHD medication to AuDHD. We begin with a comprehensive review with a prescriber to go over your history, diagnosis and current regimen so we have full clinical oversight (Transfer of Care consultation: £395). Once under our care, you’ll be eligible for private repeat prescriptions issued monthly or bi-monthly as needed (£45 per prescription). If medication adjustments are required, we’ll schedule follow-ups—typically 3–4 appointments, 3–4 weeks apart—to find the right medication and dose (£165 per follow-up).

Yes. Our reports meet all NHS standards for private ADHD assessments. We have a high acceptance rate with GPs across the UK for shared care arrangements. Our detailed reports include all the information your GP needs to support your ongoing care.

Following your assessment, we can prescribe medication. Once you have stabilised on medication, we will transfer your care to your GP. If your GP agrees to a shared care arrangement, they can prescribe medication on the NHS. Alternatively, we offer competitive ongoing private prescription services if needed.

No. The price you see is the price you pay. Your assessment fee includes the consultation, diagnostic report, and post-assessment support. We believe in complete transparency with our pricing.
