Wherever you are with medication
Transfer of care is for adults 18+ who already have an ADHD diagnosis and want ongoing care, medication or shared care support.
Already taking ADHD medication
We review your records and your current treatment, and our prescribers can continue your care, with regular reviews, and a request to your GP for shared care once you’re settled.
Diagnosed, but not started yet
We review your diagnosis and safety checks, then, if medication is right for you, our prescribers start it and adjust the dose with you until it works.
How transferring your care works
Five clear steps, with nothing to pay until your review confirms transfer is right for you.
What it costs
Clear prices at every stage, so you know what to expect before you start.
Shared care with your GP
We request shared care so your GP can take over NHS prescribing, if they agree. If your GP agrees, you only pay for 6-monthly medication reviews (£295).
If your GP doesn’t accept shared care, we continue prescribing privately with the same repeat prescription fees.
Who will look after your medication
Our in-house prescribing team, all registered with their professional regulator.

FAQs
Questions about transferring your care.
Quick answers to what people ask before moving their ADHD care to us.
Can I transfer if I was diagnosed somewhere else?
Yes. Transfer of care is for adults 18+ with an existing ADHD diagnosis who want ongoing care, medication or shared care support. A clinician reviews your diagnostic report and records first to confirm transfer is right for you.
Do I need a GP referral?
No, a GP referral isn’t required. You can book your document review directly through this page.
What documents do I need?
Your ADHD diagnostic report, recent clinic letters if you’re already on medication, your GP summary and recent blood pressure readings. You upload them securely after booking.
Is there a charge for the document review?
No. The document review is free. You only pay once you’re invited to, and book, your initial transfer of care appointment.
Do I need to attend the document review?
No. A clinician reviews the documents you upload, then we let you know the next steps.
What happens at the initial transfer of care appointment?
You meet one of our prescribers, who reviews your diagnosis, assesses your current needs, discusses medication options and agrees your treatment plan with you. It costs £425.
Why do I need safety checks first?
To make sure medication is safe for you. ADHD medications affect heart rate and blood pressure, so we need accurate readings and a brief medical history before prescribing anything.
How long does titration take?
Most people need around 3 to 4 follow-up appointments, spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart, at £195 each. Some need fewer, some need more. The goal is a stable dose that works without problematic side effects.
How much are prescriptions and medication?
Repeat prescriptions are £58 each, sent straight to your chosen pharmacy. Medication itself usually costs £50 to £95 a month, paid directly to the pharmacy.
Will my GP take over prescribing?
Once you’re stable, we request shared care with your GP. If they agree, you only pay for 6-monthly medication reviews (£295). If they don’t, we continue prescribing privately with the same repeat prescription fees.
What if my records aren’t enough to transfer?
We’ll talk through your options with you. That might mean a second opinion or other support, whatever is most useful for you.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. Klarna payment plans are available, so you can pay in instalments.
