Donna Whitemore is a specialist in ADHD and Autism with over 14 years of experience supporting children, young people, adults, and their families through assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing care. She has led teams, developed services, and worked to improve access and outcomes for those with ADHD and Autism — with a deep commitment to making every person feel understood, validated, and supported.

As someone with lived experience of caring for someone with Autism, Donna understands what it means to support a person through a world that often isn’t designed for how their brain works — the daily challenges of navigating intense emotional shifts, complex logistics, and the demands of an external world that can feel relentless.

Having worked across adult mental health and neurodevelopmental services, Donna has a strong understanding of co-occurring conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep disorders, and complex behavioural presentations. She uses evidence-based, compassionate, and practical methods to help individuals and families gain clarity and move forward with confidence.
