It’s completely normal to have questions

You don’t need to have it all worked out before you call. Here are the things people ask us most.

It helps you work out whether an ADHD, autism, or combined assessment is the right fit for you. You’ll talk through your main experiences and history with a psychologist, get your questions answered, and leave clear on your options.

One of our psychologists. Many of our clinicians are neurodivergent themselves, so you’re talking to someone who understands the experience, not just the criteria.

That’s exactly what the consultation is for. You don’t need to be certain, or to have “proof”. If you’ve been wondering, that’s reason enough to talk it through with someone who can help you make sense of it.

No. A 20-minute call isn’t long enough for a diagnosis, and it wouldn’t be right to give one that quickly. What you’ll get is an honest, professional view on whether ADHD or autism is likely for you, and whether a full assessment is worth doing.

No. Those are self-scored questionnaires. This is a private conversation with a qualified psychologist who can answer your questions and give you a real clinical opinion, tailored to you.

It’s a 20-minute video call with one of our psychologists, held online wherever you are in the UK. You’ll get a link when you book.

It’s £49. If you book a full assessment within 7 days, we refund the £49 in full, so for most people who go on, the call effectively costs nothing.

Not from the consultation itself. Medication only follows a full assessment and diagnosis. The call is about helping you decide whether an assessment is right for you, not prescribing.
