Questions parents often have.

No, a GP referral isn’t required. You can book any of our assessments directly through our website, and we’ll confirm your appointment straight away, with no waiting for a referral or approval from anyone else.

You’ll be seen within 7 days of booking. Once your appointment is confirmed, we’ll guide you through everything you need beforehand, including any forms or questionnaires, so you’re fully prepared when the day arrives.

Treatment options are discussed as part of your care plan after diagnosis. Your clinician will talk through what’s clinically appropriate for you, and any next steps are agreed together, so you always understand what’s being recommended and why.

Our reports are accepted by most GPs, schools, employers, and Access to Work. Each report is written to a clear clinical standard, with the detail needed to support requests for adjustments. That said, recognition can ultimately depend on the receiving organisation’s own policy, so it’s worth checking directly with them if you have a specific requirement.

If you’ve already had an assessment elsewhere, we can review your existing report and talk through your options. That might mean a second opinion, ongoing support, or shared care going forward, whatever’s most useful for you.

Yes. We offer payment plans through Klarna, letting you split the cost into 3 monthly payments, so cost doesn’t have to be a barrier to getting assessed.

Your enquiry will be reviewed by our team, and we’ll get back to you within one business day.
