Evangelina Bailo is an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over 18 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across the NHS and private practice. Originally from Argentina, where she completed two full clinical degrees, Evangelina has built a career shaped by a genuine curiosity about how people’s minds work — and a deep commitment to making that understanding accessible to everyone, regardless of background or language.

Her NHS work is rooted in some of the most underserved communities in London. As Lead Psychologist at North London Foundation Trust’s Homeless Health Outreach Team, Evangelina provides psychological assessment, formulation, and MDT consultation for people whose neurodevelopmental needs have often gone unrecognised for years. This experience has given her a particular sensitivity to presentations that don’t fit neatly into a box — and to the importance of getting it right.

In her private practice, Evangelina offers comprehensive ADHD and ASD assessments across the full lifespan. She works with clients remotely across the UK and internationally. Her multilingual practice means she can offer assessments in English and Spanish — something that makes a real difference for clients who think and feel most naturally in a language other than English.
