Consultant Neurodevelopmental Practitioner

Natasha brings over a decade of Academic and Clinical experience working in the field of Neurodevelopment. Prior to joining AuDHD Psychiatry, she led a London-based NHS CAMHS department, in the training and development of staff, on evidence-based assessment tools and methods; focusing on the improvement of care and outcomes (results) for Neurodiverse and Neurotypical clients. Natasha is trained in a range of gold-standard diagnostic assessment and treatment methods for suspected Neurodevelopmental conditions. She enjoys working collaboratively and always ensures her approach is client-centered; so, client’s voices/opinions are actively reflected in the process and overall outcome. She combines genuine empathy, with strong clinical expertise’s and a solid commitment to create the betterment of opportunity in the lives of others.

Past roles include South London & Maudsley NHS Hospital; National Autism Unit, South-West London and St. George’s hospital, Warwick Medical School and Johns Hopkins University (USA), Coventry and Warwickshire NHS, Leicestershire Partnership NHS, The Priory Hospital, NHS Solent (Southampton), His Majesty’s Prison Services, NHS Medium secure forensic services and has worked in highly specialist Neurodevelopmental assessment teams nationwide. Including contributions to regional and national NHS Transformational change projects. More recently, she has been awarded a grant from a Russel group institution to explore the intersection between Artificial Intelligence, Neuroscience, Psychology and the healthcare sector.
