Questions parents often have.

An ADHD and autism diagnosis is a clinical record, not a label. It describes how your child’s brain works, not who they are. Having it in writing means the right support can follow your child through school, and later into adulthood, without them having to explain themselves from scratch every time.

Yes. Our reports are written to the same clinical standard expected by schools, GPs and other professionals, so you can hand it over with confidence. Many parents use it directly with SENCOs to put support in place, or as part of an EHCP application.

Waiting times for NHS assessments can stretch for years, and during that time your child may be struggling without any formal support in place. A private assessment gives you a much shorter wait, a clinician you can choose, and a report that’s built entirely around your child, rather than a generic template.

Depending on your child’s diagnosis, treatment can include medication for ADHD symptoms, alongside practical recommendations for school and home for both ADHD and autism. Our team is here to help you put those in place, with ongoing support for as long as you need it.

Most children are seen within 7 days of booking their first appointment. From there, the full assessment process, through to receiving your child’s report, typically takes a few weeks depending on how many sessions are needed.

Yes. We work with Klarna so you can split the cost into 3 monthly payments, making it easier to fit the assessment into your budget without paying the full amount upfront.

That’s a common outcome with a combined assessment. You’ll receive a clear explanation of exactly what was found, along with recommendations specific to whichever diagnosis applies. An assessment is never wasted, even when the outcome differs from what you expected.

We understand that unfamiliar settings can be difficult. Sessions are paced entirely around your child, with breaks built in whenever needed, and there’s no expectation for them to perform or mask how they’re feeling. If you have specific concerns, you’re welcome to talk them through with us before booking.
